motor cortex

n. Posterior part of the frontal lobe involved in organizing, controlling, and executing voluntary movements. It includes the primary motor cortex (Brodmann's area 4), the premotor cortex (basically Brodmann's area 6, but also Brodmann's areas 44, which includes Broca's area, and 8, the frontal eye field), and the supplementary motor area situated in the medial aspect of the cerebral hemispheres, 
although the supplementary motor area can also be included as premotor cortex. – AA
