A widely used test of vocational interest for adolescents and adults which includes Holland's 6 general occupational themes; 25 basic occupational interest scales; 211 occupational scales normed on successful and longtime workers in a particular job or field which predict work adjustment in those fields; 4 personal style scales; and 3 administrative indices, which are used to detect invalid protocols or unusual response styles.
