pseudohermaphrodite

n. A condition in which a person has the internal sexual organs of one sex and external genitalia that resemble those of the other sex. Thus a genetic male with testes may also have a small penis, testes which do not descend into the scrotum, and a urethral opening on the underside of the penis. A pseudohermaphrodite who is a genetic female may have an enlarged clitoris and a labia majora that resembles a scrotum.
