Wisconsin General Test Apparatus

n. An experimental device for testing monkey learning and perception, which consists of a presentation tray and a movable screen which separates the monkey's cage from the experimenter. On each trial an object or set of objects are placed on the tray with a piece of food underneath one of them, and the monkey is allowed to select one object and gets the food if he/she chooses correctly.
