Jacksonian motor epilepsy

n. A form of epilepsy that starts with a focal seizure in one part of the brain, usually involving the twitching of a finger or toe or the corner of the mouth, and then spreads throughout the motor cortex until the whole body enters a seizure, which ends with unconsciousness.
