test bias

n. In psychometrics, the property of unequally estimating the true scores of some of the individuals who are tested. In slope bias the test more accurately predicts the scores of some groups of individuals than others. In intercept bias one group of individuals consistently and inaccurately scores higher or lower than another group of individuals with the level of the characteristic being measured.
