Visual-Motor Gestalt Test

n. A test in which subjects copy nine line drawings as accurately as possible onto a blank sheet of paper. The test is used as a screening instrument for brain damage in adults and for developmental problems in children, as well as occasionally for psychological disorders such as depression. Also called the Bender Visual-Motor Gestalt Test.
