homographs

n. Homographs are two unique entries in a language's lexicon with identical spelling in the writing system. Homographs need not be homophonous, that is, have identical pronunciation. For example, the pronunciation of dove (a noun used to identify a certain type of bird) differs from that of dove (the simple past form of the verb dive). However, homographs frequently are homophones, as bear (a noun referring to a type of omnivorous mammal) and bear (a verb meaning to carry or put up with something).
