group cohesivieness

n. A social group possesses a high level of group cohesiveness when its members share common goals and are willing to coordinate their efforts to achieve the group goals. Members of high (vs. low) cohesive groups are more likely (a) to have a salient collective identity (use group memberships to define the self), (b) to be cooperative with each other, and (c) to remain loyal to the group. A group that is perceived to be cohesive is likely to be perceived as an entity rather than a collection of individuals.
