agraphia

n. Impairment in the ability to write usually due to neurological damage and usually to recognized speech centers in the brain. There are many forms of agraphia including inability to form letters without models, inability to spell, inability to write numbers, inability to write irregularly spelled words, and inability to write in a spatially organized form.
